What are you wearing?

Currently we are studying some vocabulary and grammatical structures related to "Clothes".
The children can say the name of some pieces of clothes and what colour they are. What is more, the can also guess who is wearing a red jacket, blue trousers or a purple shirt, for example.

The first level students are doing the unit called "Chuck's New Clothes", which is about a cowboy and his horse Hunk. It is a fun!

Marian and Sergi acted the story out.
While Chuck (Marian) was sleeping in his tent, Hunk the horse (Sergi) was hungry and ate Chuck's clothes!

 They can sing a song!

This is my family!

After the Christmas holidays, we began the next unit: Our Family.
We have learned family vocabulary, sung a song, played some games and drawn a picture.

Children love realia. That is why we use some objects in class. Those are used to identify each member of a family: mammy with a necklace, daddy with a policeman cap, a brother with some toys and a sister with a dolly.

Who are they?
Mariana is the mammy because she is wearing a necklace.

The five-year-olds drew a picture of their family.

The following day some children talked about their drawings: This is my....

Nicole introduced all the members of her family using her drawing.
